All rooms are serviced daily and have the following facilities

• en-suite wc, bath and basin

• towels changed daily

• colour television

• tea and coffee making facilities.

If let for more than one week bed linen is changed weekly.

Views from the rooms and appartment are good looking out over the fields to the fells, to the woods up Hardraw Scaur or accross the old churchyard by the side of the beck.

The Inn is ideally placed for walkers with numerous tracks including the Pennine way departing from the front door. 

All levels of fitness are catered for with gentle strolls through the valley floor and steeper climbs onto the high fells.

Residents also enjoy the unlimited use of the Inn's extensive grounds that include the famous Hardraw Scaur and Hardraw Force waterfall as well as numerous ancient stone flagged paths that wind through traditional woodland by the back side and on above the Scaur.

The residents also benefit from the Inn itself which has a recommended menu of tasty, home cooked food served at lunch and in the evenings and a good range of traditional cask real ales.

Self-catering accommodation is available in a block of appartments that look out accross the fields, with their traditional dry stone walls and on up to the fells, behind the hotel.

The appartments include four two person studio flats and two larger appartments sleeping four and six people.

Each includes a small dining kitchen with fridge, cooker and basic utensils, a television and tea and coffee making facilities.

The flats also contain comfy chairs for relaxing.  Bed linen and towels are provided in the price.  Clean well behaved dogs are allowed and smoking is permitted.
