The Green Dragon Inn provides a legendary Dales welcome with an excellent range of well kept traditional North country real ales and wholesome home cooked Yorkshire fare.

We are also able to cater for Weddings and Functions in our large rear function room. The room also contains a bar, allowing for private parties to be kept seperate from the main bar and public areas.

The Green Dragon's menu of extremely popular bar meals and light bites concentrates on tasty, local dishes that are cooked on the premises.

Real Ales
The Green Dragon is a free house and is particularly proud of its fine selection of hand pulled Real Ales which are kept at perfect temperature below ground in the Inn's recently restored cellar. 

As well as regular beers from the local Theakstons and Black Sheep breweries a range of guest beers is on offer throughout the year.  Every spring time a beer festival is held at the Inn.
